1. Definitions

"OnlyVIP" means the marketplace. "Partner" means a third party seller. "Buyer" means a person who purchases an experience.

2. Scope

OnlyVIP lists hospitality experiences handled by partners. We facilitate the transaction between buyer and partner.

3. Account and eligibility

Users must provide accurate information. Minors cannot purchase without guardian consent. We may suspend accounts for breach.

4. Booking and payment

Bookings become binding after payment. Payment methods are listed at checkout. For high value orders we may request additional verification.

5. Prices and taxes

Prices shown include mandatory fees unless stated otherwise. Local taxes and service charges may apply and are disclosed at checkout.

6. Cancellation and refund

Cancellation rules vary by partner. Refunds follow partner policies. If a partner fails to deliver, we will assist with refunds or alternatives.

7. Changes by partner

Partners may change venue or time. We will notify buyers and offer alternatives or refunds when changes affect the booked service materially.

8. Liability and disclaimers

OnlyVIP is a marketplace. We are not the service provider. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to fees paid for the booking.

9. Intellectual property

All site content is owned or licensed. Users may not reproduce content without permission.

10. Governing law

Croatian law governs these terms unless otherwise required. Disputes are resolved in the competent courts in Zagreb.

11. Changes to terms

We may update terms. Substantial changes will be communicated by email or site notice.
