In accordance with Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act, "DSA"), OnlyVIP — operated by Luxodo LLC — designates the following single point of contact for the authorities of Member States, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services, and for recipients of the service.

Notice & action mechanism (Art. 16)

Any individual or entity may notify us of content on the OnlyVIP service that they consider illegal. To enable timely and reasoned decisions, please include in your notice:

  • A precise explanation of why you consider the content illegal under applicable law.
  • A clear indication of the exact electronic location (URL or identifier) of the content.
  • Your name and email address (except for content involving criminal offences against minors).
  • A statement of good faith that the information provided is accurate and complete.

We acknowledge receipt of valid notices without undue delay and inform notifiers of our decision and the redress available, including internal complaint handling and out-of-court dispute settlement.

Transparency reporting

OnlyVIP publishes transparency reports in line with Article 15 DSA. The most recent report, including statements of reasons, orders received and content-moderation activity, is available on request.
