Welcome to OnlyVIP, a platform that connects Hosts (Venues), Co-Hosts, and Guests for exclusive events and experiences. By using the OnlyVIP website and mobile app (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and have the capacity to enter into a legally binding contract. You must also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Account Creation

To create an account on OnlyVIP, you must provide certain information, such as your name, email address, and password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your information up-to-date.

4. Host Responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for creating and managing events and experiences on OnlyVIP. Hosts must agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to alcohol and tobacco sales. Hosts are also responsible for ensuring that their events and experiences are safe and enjoyable for all guests.

5. Co-Host Responsibilities

Co-Hosts assist Hosts with the creation and management of events and experiences on OnlyVIP. Co-Hosts must agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to alcohol and tobacco sales. Co-Hosts are also responsible for assisting Hosts in ensuring that their events and experiences are safe and enjoyable for all guests.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for adhering to the terms and conditions of the events and experiences they attend. Guests must also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Fees

OnlyVIP charges a fee to Hosts and Guests for using the Service. Hosts pay a commission on ticket sales, while Guests pay a service fee when purchasing tickets.

8. Refunds

OnlyVIP offers refunds for events and experiences that are cancelled or rescheduled. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days.

9. Intellectual Property

OnlyVIP owns all intellectual property rights in the Service, including the content, trademarks, and trade names. You may not use any of OnlyVIP’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. OnlyVIP does not make any warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service or any content or information that is made available through the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnlyVIP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

• Hosts and Co-Hosts must agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to alcohol and tobacco sales.

• Hosts and Co-Hosts must agree to ensure that their events and experiences are safe and enjoyable for all guests.

• Hosts and Co-Hosts must agree to comply with all of OnlyVIP’s policies and procedures.

16. Financial Terms

• OnlyVIP will charge a commission of 10% on all ticket sales.

• Guests will be charged a service fee of 5% when purchasing tickets.

• Hosts and Co-Hosts will be paid within 7-10 business days of the event or experience.

17. Conclusion

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the OnlyVIP website and mobile app. By using the Service, 

You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

 

18. Specific Terms for Guests

Guests must be at least 18 years old to attend events and experiences on OnlyVIP.

Guests must agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the events and experiences they attend.

Guests must agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

19. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Croatia.
